Être stagiaire chez ATR cest être intégré au sein dune équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre dintervention et des responsabilités.

Au sein de lorganisation Support & Services dATR à Toulouse le département Customers Relation & Field Service est linterface principale entre ATR et ses clients pour tous les sujets liés à lexploitation de leur flotte en service.

Léquipe internationale et multiculturelle est divisée en deux groupes :

  • LesCustomer Support Directorsassurent la relation globale avec les clients. Ils sont à la fois la voix des clients au sein dATR et celle dATR auprès des clients veillant à leur satisfaction tout au long de lexploitation de leur flotte ATR.

  • LesField Service Representativesaccompagnent les compagnies aériennes opérant des ATR dans la maintenance et lexploitation de leurs avions directement sur le terrain. Basés chez le client ou dans un bureau régional leur mission est dassurer la performance de la flotte cest-à-dire une disponibilité maximale des avions avec des coûts de maintenance optimisés.

Le/la stagiaireaccompagné(e) par un mentor dédié participera activement aux projets du département dans un esprit de collaboration et dautonomie. Nous recherchons une personne dynamique et enthousiaste pour rejoindre léquipe.

Description détaillée de la mission:

  • Piloter lamélioration continue desprocessus interneset desoutilsdu département à travers :

    • Le développement ou lamélioration de processus tels que la création de comptes clients les entrées en service et les concessions commerciales en lien avec les parties prenantes internes.

    • La mise à jour et lenrichissement dune bibliothèque de présentations outils et modèles pour garantir une communication efficace avec les clients ATR lors des visites sur site ou des réunions virtuelles (ex. : SharePoint Teams).

    • Lamélioration ou la mise en place de nouveaux outils digitaux et collaboratifs pour renforcer lefficacité de léquipe au quotidien (ex. : Power BI).

  • La conduite du projet: finaliser et déployer un tableau de bord Power BI permettant de mesurer les interactions entre les clients et ATR afin de définir et mettre en œuvre des actions pertinentes pour renforcer la proximité client.

  • Lanalyse des résultats de lenquête de satisfaction 2025 : interpréter les données pour définir une stratégie adaptée et un plan daction personnalisé par client.

  • Loptimisation et la maintenance du reporting interne de léquipe afin daméliorer la connaissance des opérations clients au sein dATR (ex. : Excel Tableau).

Ce stage est fait pour vous:

Vous êtes étudiant(e) en alternance de niveauMaster (Bac5) en école dingénieur ou en école de commerce avec une spécialisation engestion de projetoumanagement de la qualité appliqué à la relation client.

Nous recherchons des candidats possédant les compétences et qualités suivantes :

  • Intérêt marqué pour laéronautique et lindustrie du transport aérien

  • Connaissances en Lean Six Sigmaou en amélioration des processus

  • Compétences en gestion de projet sens de lorganisation et de la coordination

  • Esprit déquipeet capacité à évoluer dans des environnements multiculturels

  • Proactivité curiosité envie dapprendre et de progresser

  • Autonomie capacité à prendre des initiatives

  • Maîtrise des outils numériques et collaboratifs notamment lintelligence artificielle les outils informatiques et la suite Microsoft Office (Copilot SharePoint Power BI Word PowerPoint Excel)

  • Maîtrise de langlais(le français est un plus)

Within ATR Support & Services organization in Toulouse the Department Customers Relation & Field Service is the main interface of ATR customers for all topics related to their in-service fleet.

The team international and multicultural is divided in two groups:

  • The Customer Support Directors act as the main liaison between ATR and its customers ensuring satisfaction and strategic alignment.

  • The Field Service Representatives support ATR airlines with their aircraft maintenance and operations from the field. Based at customers premises or in a regional office their mission is to ensure fleet performance meaning maximum aircraft availability with optimized maintenance cost.

The trainee supported by a dedicated mentor will participate and contribute to the projects of the department with a sense of collaboration and autonomy. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join the team.

Detailed description of the mission:

  • Manage the continuous improvement of the internal processes and tools of the Department through:

    • Developing or improving team processes such as Customer account creation Entry into service and Commercial concession including interactions with internal stakeholders

    • Maintaining an enhanced library of presentations tools and templates to ensure efficient communication with ATR customers during on-site visits or virtual meetings (e.g. SharePoint Teams)

    • Improving / Implementing new digital and collaborative tools to improve team efficiency in its daily activity (e.g. Power BI)

  • Lead the deployment of project: Finalize and deploy a PowerBI Dashboard allowing to measure the interactions between Customers & ATR thus to define and implement relevant actions to improve customer proximity.

  • Lead the analysis of 2025 Satisfaction survey: Analyze the survey results to define relevant strategy and customized action plan per customer.

  • Optimize and maintain internal reporting of the team to increase Customer operations knowledge within ATR (e.g. Excel Tableau).

This internship is designed for you

Student at Level 7 or Master degree or graduate engineer program or business school in the field of project management quality management applied to customer relations.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experiences:

  • Interest for aeronautics and aviation industry

  • Lean 6 sigma or process improvement

  • Project management good sense of organization and coordination

  • Team player and strong ability to work in different cultural environments

  • Proactive curious and willing to learn and to improve

  • Autonomous ability to take initiatives

  • Skilled with AI IT tools and MS office suite (Copilot SharePoint PowerBI Word/PowerPoint/Excel)

  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
