An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Psychology to join a high-performing and inclusive secondary school in Reading. This is a full-time position starting in January 2026 with exceptional support and mentoring to ensure a successful start to your career.

The successful candidate will teach Psychology across KS4 and KS5 helping students explore behaviour cognition and research methods while encouraging curiosity and independent learning.
Experience and Qualifications
- ECT Psychology Teacher (PGCE or equivalent completed)
- Excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching Psychology
- Commitment to reflective practice and continuous growth
- Legal right to work in the UK
