Job Description
Designing electrical systems for commercial buildings with at least 5 years of experience.
Ability to manage a portion of a project and/or the whole engineering team assigned to a project a plus . This candidate will be put in a position of responsibility and given the opportunity to lead a team and interface with the client from start to finish of a project. This position will be responsible for employee resource management time management and budget analysis.
- AutoCAD experience isrequired
- Experience indesigning electrical systems for commercial buildings
- Revitexperience a plus
Design electrical distribution systems and specify electrical equipment
Prepare electrical drawings and specifications
New equipment selection
Single line and Riser diagrams Emergency Power Power Lighting Fire Alarm and Data Communication plans Coordination with architectural mechanical structural and plumbing drawings
Projects include car dealerships carwashes commercial laundry c-stores healthcare facilities industrial offices institutional religious facilities restaurants schools and universities.
This is a full-time permanent position with healthcare/dental/vision insurance for employee and family paid 100% by the company 401K retirement plan with 50% company match up to 8% long-term disability life insurance and the option to work nine-hour days with every other Friday off. $5000 of tuition assistance available annually to include college degree programs professional certifications and advanced licensure along with associated prep courses and exam fees.
Annual end-of-year bonuses are also awarded as up to 4 weeks of salary based on performance
Salary range 85-110K/yr DOE
