Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $34.07 - $52.00. In addition this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors including but not limited to: scope of role level of experience education accomplishments internal equity budget and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.What you will be doing
First line of support for the users
All Telecommunications tickets in Cherwell auto assigned via round-robin to the technicians
Moves / Adds / changes on the Avaya Platform as well as integrated third-party applications
Hands-on system management
Performing system backups
System monitoring
Carrier contact and on-site support
Vendors contact and on-site support
Regularly monitoring maintenance and troubleshooting the Avaya Aura platform
Assisting end-users with issues related to their phone devices and configuration
Optimize phone feature usage
Assist in assessing connectivity problems for remote users
Assists in UC and CC deployments
Smart hands for project work
Collaborating with departments and end-users on requirements for tech-related projects
Documentation of enterprise (Design Docs training materials)
Project Management activities
Planning for capacity and scalability
Provide after-hours support
Over see the installation of telecommunications equipment and infrastructure
Monitoring voice network performance and connectivity
Knowledge of Avaya Aura solutions (Communication Manager System/Session Manager Messaging).
Supports emergency operations on an as needed basis work may be required as project arise or issues warrant.
Assisting in troubleshooting day-to-day telephony issues reported by end users and/or technical teams.
Participating in technical training sessions relating to integrated telephony applications.
