Prepare provide and serve attractive and quality food and beverages with a friendly safe and courteous manner to all customers in accordance with all department policies & procedures. Perform duties of cleaning and sanitizing dishes pans and equipment throughout the department. To stock display cases and coolers. Provide excellent customer service.

Customer Service/Patient Care

• Prepares provides and serves attractive and quality food and service as assigned.
• Maintains good portion control.
• Utilizes positive customer service skills such as smiling offering suggestions providing for special requests etc.
• Fulfills any and all other designated tasks pertinent to the success of the NFS department.

Technical & Safety

• Correctly operate department equipment that has been assigned.
• Clean and restock dishes food supplies and beverages during hours of operation as assigned.
• Practices HACCP guidelines for food handling and a sanitary and safe condition. Reports any equipment malfunction to a supervisor. Monitors and records temperatures utilizes safe food handling techniques maintains a clean orderly work station.
• Ensures cash is balanced each shift and reviewed by a Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Checks out with Supervisor or Team Lead at the end of their shift.

• Coffee shop experience preferred.
• ServSafe Food Handler (Training Provided)
• Writes reads comprehends and speaks fluent English.
• Multicultural sensitivity.
• Microsoft Office basic computer skills.
• Customer/patient focused.
• Critical thinking skills using independent judgment in making decisions.
• Machines: Espresso machine milk steamer coffee urn refrigerators freezers knives and any other pertinent food service equipment.
