You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis implementation training and support.

Responsibilities:
This role would require the individual to understand the clients industry and business operations. Document the detailed understanding of the core business activities of the client. Candidate should be digital savvy with experience defining use cases for various business functions for both online and offline channels. The candidate will work in a client facing role as a Techno-functional specialist in understanding and capturing the client expectations and help shape a solution to fulfil the requirements.
Mandatory Skill Set:
1. Prior experience of being an actively engaged in setup of a digital platform/solution for the business function. At least 2 successful project executions
2. Experience in creating reports for the business KPIs
3. Project commercial awareness
4. Demonstrable experience in working with complex data and systems
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization
6. Understanding of Agile project management techniques
7. Understanding of mobile and web technologies
8. Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Preferred skill sets:
Good To Have Knowledge & Skill Set: 1. Good to have knowledge of User Experience fundamentals UI-UX trends for desktop as well as mobile 2. Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics HotJar Microsoft Clarity etc. 3. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI Google Data Studio etc.

4 to 6 years
Education qualification:
B.E. / / MCA/ M.E/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
