Hammersmith & Fulham is a diverse borough on the edge of the inner city which have a strong commitment of working with residents with Vision Loss.
The Sensory Impairment Team is looking to recruit an Independent Living and Access Assessor (Vision Support) 3days a week which is 21.6 hours. The individual should be committed to achieving best practice and improved outcomes for residents to maintain their independence.
The successful candidate should be having a knowledge and understanding of legal guidance and legislation for people with vision loss. They should be aware of Equality Act 2010 Care Act 2014 section 77 Mental Capacity Act and safeguarding adults.
