Salary Range: USD $2500 $3000/month
Work Hours: MondayFriday 8 AM 5 PM Arizona time (Mountain/Pacific depending on season)

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to oversee daily accounting functions maintain financial accuracy and support leadership with reporting and forecasting. The ideal candidate has 45 years of accounting experience with strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online/QuickBooks Pro exposure to U.S. accounting practices and excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities (Work Hours: MondayFriday 8 AM 5 PM Arizona time)
- Manage all accounting functions using QuickBooks Online/Pro.
- Handle accounts payable accounts receivable and reconciliations.
- Process and manage Stripe transactions and reporting.
- Prepare and deliver financial forecasts reports and analysis for leadership.
- Assist with year-end processes including 1099 preparation and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to U.S. accounting rules GAAP fundamentals and best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and strategic financial decisions.
- Provide timely accurate and clear reporting to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills (Work Hours: MondayFriday 8 AM 5 PM Arizona time)
- 45 years of professional accounting/finance experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Pro (recent and hands-on use preferred).
- Experience with Stripe payment processing (strong plus).
- Solid understanding of U.S. accounting rules GAAP principles and 1099 compliance.
- Proven experience in financial forecasting and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- QuickBooks certifications.
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based companies.
- Background in travel tourism or service-oriented industries (plus but not required).
