Highs is seeking an experienced Store Manager who will be responsible for the management of the entire store operation and lead a team while ensuring the execution of organizational objectives and initiatives to achieve its goals. You will be responsible for associate satisfaction brand standards and profitability while supporting the vision of Fast Fresh & Friendly exceptional customer service!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day task assignments and performance of all management and associates.
• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers. Solicit and respond to customer feedback input and information through various communication methods by creating an organized response plan.
• Manage all matters relating to associates and the store team recruiting hiring training & development coaching associate engagement and performance management.
• Ensure execution of established safety security quality and store operations policies procedures practices and programs.
• Analyze results and trends and prepare action plans to leverage the stores strengths and address areas of opportunity. Ensure the execution of all plans.
• Ensure future growth by executing a defined strategy to deliver the long-range plan.
• Plan and prepare work schedules and coordinate daily assignments and activities of associates to meet the needs of the business.
• Ensure profitability and create a positive work environment.
• Additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail food service or fuel environment.
• Bachelors degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Availability to work all shifts weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• Ability to learn and utilize the stores computer applications.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position.

Working Conditions:

• Retail environment with occasional exposure to unpleasant working conditions including dust extreme temperatures and potential contact with petroleum and/or cleaning products.
• Ability to spend most of the shift standing with frequent bending and lifting.
• Commitment to maintain full store operations in all weather conditions.
