This is an outstanding opportunity to bring to bear your statistical expertise to drive strategic decisions and operational excellence within a world-class organization.

Work closely with data scientists and engineers to craft data insights for Microns future.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Structuring: Gather and consolidate data from multiple departments into structured databases.
• Statistical Analysis: Use statistical software (e.g. R SAS Python) to perform calculations power analyses and interpret data patterns.
• Insight Generation: Identify trends and correlations that inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.
• Reporting: Share findings with collaborators through reports dashboards or executive briefings.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure data integrity and adherence to regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of work experience as a statistician in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics Mathematics Data Science or a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated track record in planning and forecasting.
• Familiarity with yield and quality analysis.
• Expertise in master data governance and process optimization.
• Ability to successfully implement data-driven solutions within a fast-paced environment.
