What youll do

  • Own the end-to-end strategic roadmap development and execution for multiple product portfolios ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities
  • Lead new product introduction strategies and product enhancement initiatives that drive competitive advantage and customer value
  • Drive comprehensive field enablement strategies for large-scale product implementations ensuring seamless adoption across national operations
  • Secure strategic buy-in from executive leadership for product implementation initiatives and organizational transformation programs
  • Spearhead organizational transformation efforts that optimize operational processes and enhance customer experience delivery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders across business units to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution
  • Champion operational excellence initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Advanced strategic and critical thinking capabilities with proven ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions

Great-to-haves

  • 5 years of experience in strategic program implementation preferably in product strategy market development or operational transformation
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration Strategy or related field
  • Program management and project management experience with demonstrated success in large-scale initiative delivery
