What youll do
- Own the end-to-end strategic roadmap development and execution for multiple product portfolios ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead new product introduction strategies and product enhancement initiatives that drive competitive advantage and customer value
- Drive comprehensive field enablement strategies for large-scale product implementations ensuring seamless adoption across national operations
- Secure strategic buy-in from executive leadership for product implementation initiatives and organizational transformation programs
- Spearhead organizational transformation efforts that optimize operational processes and enhance customer experience delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders across business units to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution
- Champion operational excellence initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency quality and customer satisfaction
