Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Home Care
Location:Manhattan NY (Home Health travel to patients homes within Queens Borough)
Shift: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Type: Contract
Pay Rate: Travel: $3436/week Local: $3000/week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Home Carefor an exciting Travel or Local job in Manhattan NY.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive home health nursing care for adult patients.
Manage a daily caseload of 48 patients following care plans and conducting assessments.
Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure patient-centered care.
Document patient progress and maintain compliance with home health regulations.
Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent hospital or home care experience.
Current adult home health care experience.
ASN/ADN or equivalent nursing degree from an accredited program.
Active New York State RN license.
AHA BLS certification.
