Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing unionized teams and possess a minimum of 12 years of food and beverage management experience within a similarly sized hotel. They should demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to mentor staff and drive team performance. A solid understanding of elevated steps of service is essential along with beverage knowledge experience in crafting menus managing inventory and overseeing beverage ordering.
Shift Pattern: Full availability is needed for this position.
Salary: $80000 / annually

What will I be doing
As a Food & Beverage Manager you would be responsible for directing and organizing activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
- Implement effective controls of food beverage and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
- Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
- Interview train supervise counsel schedule and evaluate staff.
