Position Overview:

As the Vice President of Operations you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of Freestone Property Group. You will collaborate with various departments such as finance marketing leasing maintenance and technology to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for developing and managing the operational budget setting and tracking key performance indicators and identifying and resolving any operational issues or challenges. You will be a senior leader in the organization with a direct impact on its growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy to deliver high-quality and cost-effective property management services to tenants and landlords.
  • Assist in the strategic development and establishment of various departments within the organization.
  • Lead mentor and inspire a high-performing operations team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability.
  • Identify and implement process improvements technology and systems to provide real-time data for decision making and to enhance operational efficiency productivity and profitability.
  • Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards and addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to manage and analyze the operational budget control costs and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competition to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the companys assets and reputation.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as leasing asset management accounting and property management to achieve company objectives and ensure seamless interdepartmental communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations relevant industry regulations laws and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in the real estate industry with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Single-family rental experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead inspire and motivate teams.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools.
  • A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

Compensation and Benefits:
