CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Must be in Central MN and have reasonable commute to St. Cloud MN due to in-office requirements.

SCHEDULE: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and every other Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm CST

COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $20.00 $23.00 per hour. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors including skill set experience location qualifications and other job-related reasons.)

WHAT YOULL DO

• Field inbound calls and address customer questions or issues prior to their first payment due date.
• Record customer interactions in the system with accuracy and detail.
• Respond to callback requests and ensure proper correspondence is mailed upon requests.
• Make occasional outbound calls to verify contract terms application data and repayment options.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have but not Required! (Well train you!):

• Prior call center experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Office Address: 628 Roosevelt Rd St. Cloud MN 56301
• Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday 8:00am-5:00pm and every other Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm CST
• Work Setting: In-Office
