Job Requirements - The LPN/LVN will have the following requirements:

• Degree/Education: Graduate from an accredited community college junior college college university or vocational nursing program approved by the appropriate State agency and accredited by the Commission on Nursing Education (CNEA) or another acceptable accreditation body outlined on the TO.
• Certifications in addition to Basic Life Support
• Experience: One year of practical or vocational nurse experience after graduation. Board Certification (5.2.6.4.4): N/A
• Licensure/Registration: A current valid unrestricted license to practice nursing in any one of the fifty States the District of Columbia the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
