Job Summary
Our client is looking to hire a Founding AI Engineer to build the core of their AI-powered hiring platform. Their tools help companies hire top tech talent by detecting and preventing AI-assisted fraud while accurately measuring a candidates genuine skills. Youll be on the front lines of this fight architecting the systems that analyse candidate behaviour create dynamic challenges and deliver insights that outperform traditional interviews.
Requirements
- Experience building production AI systems and LLM-powered applications
- Strong foundation in RAG architectures prompt engineering and AI pipeline design
- Hands-on experience with model context protocols (MCP) and orchestrating complex AI workflows
- Track record of implementing AI solutions that scale to thousands of concurrent users
- Deep understanding of embedding systems vector databases and retrieval optimization
- Comfort working across the entire AI stack from infrastructure to application layer
- Excitement about pioneering new approaches to AI-powered evaluation and fraud detection
- Must be able to work on-site in New York
