Travel Pay Range: $77 $80/hour ($3200 $3400 per week)
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Travel RN Nurse Educatorfor an exciting job in New York NY.
Responsibilities
Develop implement and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff in maternal and adult care.
Lead classroom teaching sessions and provide hands-on field training.
Mentor staff in applying evidence-based practices in clinical settings.
Assess learning needs track progress and evaluate outcomes of educational programs.
Collaborate with clinical leaders to improve patient care and staff competency.
Maintain accurate records of staff education training and competencies.
Provide coaching and guidance on policies procedures and best practices.
Support quality improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
Active New York State RN license
BLS certification
Clinical experience in both maternal and adult care
Strong communication teaching and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in classroom clinical and field environments
Preferred:
Experience in curriculum design and staff training
Knowledge of adult learning principles and clinical education strategies
