RoleOverview

WeareactivelyrecruitinganOperationsManagertoleadtheAndonOperationsTeamateamfocusingonhandlingescalatedcustomercomplaintsparticularlythoseinvolvingdefectiveorproblematicproductswiththegoalofcontinuouslyimprovingthecustomerexperience.

TheAndonOperationsManagerisresponsibleforreviewingCoupangscustomerexperiencemanagementandAndonteamprocessoptimizationinvestigatingtherootcausesofproductqualityissuesanddrivingtimelyimprovements.

KeyResponsibilities:

SuperviseandsupportateamofAndonteamspecialiststoensuretimelyandeffectivecaseresolution.

Monitorteamperformanceandprovideregularfeedbackcoachingandtraining.

Analyzeperformancemetricsandimplementstrategiesforcontinuousimprovement.

Collaboratewithotherdepartmentstostreamlineprocessesandenhancethecustomerexperience.

Prepareandpresentperformancereportstoseniormanagement.

Qualifications:

Minimum3yearsofexperiencemanagingacustomerserviceteampreferablyinanonlineordigitalenvironment.

ProficiencyinEnglishbothwrittenandverbalisessential.

Strongleadershipandinterpersonalskillswiththeabilitytomotivateanddevelopteammembers.

Excellentproblem-solvingskillsandtheabilitytoremaincalmunderpressure.

Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementskills.

PreferredQualifications:

Experienceworkinginaremoteorhybridteamenvironment.

FamiliaritywithKPIssuchasAHTSLAQAandotherproductivityorqualitymetrics.

Experience with customer service tools and platforms (e.g. Zendesk WMS Salesforce).
