Responsibilities and Duties

DOES

• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Design build and maintain high performance reusable and reliable code
• Ensure the best possible performance quality and responsiveness of the web application
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality organization and automatization

DISPLAYS

• Advocates web UI design principles patterns and best practices
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Stays in touch with The TEAM via main preferred channels ie. Telegram email and mobile;
• Demonstrates expertise and leadership in Web development;

DELIVERS

• Deliver assigned task based on requirement specifications
• Ensure quality of code

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of mobile responsive single-page applications and progressive web application using (vuex and vue-router);
• Experience in Java development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect web applications to back-end services
• Proficient understanding of web markup including HTML5 CSS3 XML and JSON
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks preferably
• Experience with offline storage threading and performance tuning
• Familiarity with Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and Google Optimize
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA
• Familiarity with CI/CD
