Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Network & Voice Engineer to join a long-term high-impact project supporting enterprise telephony infrastructure. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Cisco Voice and Amazon Connect who are capable of delivering advanced troubleshooting and managing complex voice and networking environments.

The successful candidate will provide Level 4 support administer Cisco ACI environments and work hands-on with Audiocodes SBCs and SIP protocols. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with global teams drive innovation in unified communications and contribute to the transformation of critical enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert-level support for telephony services
• Install configure and deploy Audiocodes Mediant SBC
• Troubleshoot complex telephony issues including QoS and routing
• Administer Cisco ACI environments
• Work with SIP protocol and Amazon Connect platforms

Must-Have Skills:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in similar roles
• Cisco Voice
• Amazon Connect
• SIP Protocol
• Audiocodes SBC
• Cisco ACI Administration
• Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written)
• Routing and Switching
• Strong team player with empathy responsibility and commitment
• Comfortable working in dynamic and evolving environments
