Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and experienced DZ Driver to join our team that will also be able periodically be able to assist with some material handling responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of materials as well as handling and organizing inventory within our warehouse. This role requires a strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Wage:$23.00 - $25.00/hr depending on experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

Transportation: Safely operate company trucks to transport materials to and from specified locations.
Loading and Unloading: Load and unload materials from trucks ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of materials received and dispatched. Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
Warehouse Organization: Organize and store materials in designated areas within the warehouse. Ensure the warehouse is clean and orderly.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers and suppliers during deliveries and pickups.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a truck driver and/or material handler.
Licenses: Valid DZ class drivers license with a clean driving record.
Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Required hours: Ability to work long hours when required guaranteed a minimum of 8 hours per day Monday to Friday
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
