We are looking for a passionate and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our growing retail makeup brand. This role is ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic sense a positive and collaborative attitude and the ability to translate brand guidelines into engaging visual displays that drive sales and brand identity.
You will play a key role in developing and executing visual merchandising concepts coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to bring creative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan design and execute visual merchandising displays for retail outlets and promotional campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the Sales Marketing and Merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand presentation.
- Coordinate and oversee external vendors/agencies for execution of display setups and campaign rollouts.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure VM standards are upheld across outlets.
- Prepare VM proposals and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Provide strategic input on visual presentation and customer experience enhancement.
- Manage VM materials props and inventory efficiently.
- Travel occasionally to outstation locations for campaign setups (travel and accommodation expenses claimable).
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Design Visual Merchandising Marketing or related fields.
12 years of experience in visual merchandising design or creative fields (retail or agency background are welcomed).
Strong eye for aesthetics color coordination and retail presentation.
Proficient in design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator Photoshop or equivalent).
Excellent communication skills and ability to take and apply feedback constructively.
Self-driven detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects independently.
Open-minded team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow with the brand.
