Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality graphics for print materials packaging branding and marketing collateral.
Develop creative concepts and layouts for PowerPoint presentations brochures flyers business cards posters banners and other promotional materials.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visuals.
Ensure consistency of design elements across different media platforms.
Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with the printing team to ensure high-quality output.
Stay updated on the latest design trends printing techniques and industry best practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 3 years professional experience as a graphic designer (agency or in-house).
Strong portfolio demonstrating print and packaging work branding and marketing collateral.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
Proficiency in CorelDraw and advanced PowerPoint design.
Solid understanding of print production and prepress (bleeds trims colour modes file formats).
Strong sense of typography colour theory composition and layout.
Excellent communication skills and ability to take client feedback and iterate quickly.
Good time-management and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Must be available onsite at the Lucknow location.
Nice-to-have (Not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress for simple design handoffs.
Experience with packaging dielines and structural concepts.
Motion graphics or basic video-editing skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro).
Experience working with large-format printing and signage.
