Property Consultant - Office Based

Salary: 27,000 - 29,000 OTE (depending on experience)

Hours: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (with a day off in lieu)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team within a busy New Business Centre.

This office-based position plays a vital role in supporting multiple branches across the region. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients and customers

• Support teams across sales, lettings, financial services, and new homes

• Generate leads and follow up on online and telephone enquiries

• Book and coordinate appointments for branch staff

• Manage overflow calls and provide outstanding customer service

About You

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident using computers and able to learn new systems quickly

• Professional, personable, and commercially aware

Desirable:

• Previous experience within the property or estate agency sector

• Background in sales or customer service
