As Regional Head of Stockbroking you ll lead a high-performing team shape tactical strategy and guide execution to deliver growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement tactical strategy and delivery plans in alignment with overall business objectives.
Budget & Performance: Draw up budgets monitor effectiveness and report on variances.
Coaching & People Management: Actively mentor and lead teams fostering personal growth and performance excellence.
Operational Oversight: Set tactical goals and optimize resources (people finances technology) to achieve results.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse business information identify trends and provide insights for executive decision-making.
Client Acquisition & Growth: Define and drive customer acquisition and tactical sales strategies.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate governance compliance ethics and regulatory requirements.
Thought Leadership: Provide subject matter expertise in stockbroking and portfolio management to clients and the business.

Candidate Profile:

Relevant Degree with RE 5 & RE 1 certification.
5 8 years experience in an investment management environment of which at least 2 3 years at management level.
Proven background in stockbroking and portfolio management (preferred).
Registered Stockbroker with SAIS.
Strong leadership client-facing and strategic execution skills.
