Main Purpose of Job:
Our Actuarial General Insurance team is looking for a Senior Actuarial Analyst to support the team in the delivery of Actuarial services to /at client premises on delegated engagement/project. There will be a strong focus on developing and providing IFRS17-based solutions for our clients.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
- An actuarial science degree with a preference for candidates who have completed an Honours degree.
- Partly qualified actuaries showing good progress through the actuarial exams.
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Significant experience in General Insurance
- Experience in IFRS17 will be advantageous
- Strong analytical and modelling capabilities
- Pricing experience/knowledge will be an advantage
- At least 3 years of General Insurance including capital modelling and management reserving and reinsurance is ideal
- Specific experience of IFRS17 SAM (Solvency II) & General Insurance risk management will count strongly
