1st Shift
1st shift offers four work schedules with flexible start/end times. Work 8-hour days five days a week 10-hour days four days a week (Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday) or 9-hour days four days a week and a half-day on Friday.

Principle Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints plannings sketches for part mark prep and part mark operations.
Set-up simple fixtures stops and other aids to facilitate operation.
Perform in-process inspections on all parts and assemblies.
Interface with Quality Assurance personnel regarding inspection criteria and results.
Conform to all requirements of Seyer Industries Quality System and any and all customer invoked quality requirements (AS9100 for example).
Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with 6S standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
