Job Summary
Basin Glacial Waters is a brand new highly anticipated Wellness Facility that will offer guests a truly luxurious experience. As part of our Facility team you will have the opportunity to interact with patrons while providing a once in a lifetime experience while also adhering to specific standards and supporting the overall success of the department.
Position Type: Permanent
Start Date: Beginning of October
Pay Rate: $20.25/Hour
Job Duties Include:
Reporting to the Facility Supervisor responsibilities and essential job function include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for maintaining the Basin premises; clean replenish stock of all amenities toiletries and linens and answer any guest inquiries
- Support in dispensing robes towels and sandals to guests
- Ensuring that all public areas of the facility are clean and reflect a luxury experience for our guests
- Support the Lounge Servers in clearing
- Maintain locker rooms in a tidy manner check and clean lockers when needed
- Direct members/guests to appointments and assist them with use of sauna steam whirlpool etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience an asset
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Have excellent interpersonal/communication skills are polite and friendly
- Are dedicated to a high level of customer service and attention to detail
- Must be able to lift carry and pull over 30 lbs and able to constantly stand and walk throughout shift. Motions include: standing walking bending kneeling reaching pushing pulling squatting climbing up and down the stairs.

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
