As an office Full time evening Cleaner you will ensure the over-all cleanliness of our facilities to the highest level.
Responsibilities:
- Sweep mop and wash floors stairs and other building surfaces.
- Clean windowsills interior glass doors partitions and designated windows.
- Wash entrance door glass and trim (interior/exterior) and spot-clean interior walls daily as needed.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms; restock paper and soap supplies. Standard procedures include wiping glass surfaces emptying waste bins servicing dispensers dusting sills cleaning tile walls shelves and partitions and sweeping mopping or scrubbing floors.
- Provide assistance to the supervisor with tasks requiring employee support.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues (e.g. clogged fixtures burnt-out lights) to the supervisor.
- Collect building waste daily dispose of it in approved containers and move it to designated collection areas.
- Replace liners in waste baskets and trash receptacles as specified.
- Perform high dusting and wall washing as required.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Must have Drivers license and vehicle
- A great attitude!
- Floor care experience an asset (able to scrub buff and polish floors)
- A minimum of 6 months cleaning experience
- Must be comfortable standing for a long period of time
- Must be comfortable using cleaning products
- Able to communicate with supervisor Client and general public
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
