Key Responsibilities
Lead overall project planning and execution from pre-construction to final handover ensuring alignment with scope schedule and financial targets.
Drive budget development and management in collaboration with pre-construction teams ensuring accurate forecasting and proactive cost control.
Represent the project in high-level meetings with owners consultants and architectural teams supporting contract negotiations and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Issue Letters of Intent to trade partners and oversee procurement strategy ensuring compliance with internal processes and alignment with project objectives.
Manage on-site construction activities ensuring adherence to timelines safety standards and quality expectations.
Coordinate and supervise project documentation including drawings RFIs change orders site instructions and consultant reviews ensuring accurate and timely tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and lead project team members fostering accountability continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience
Post-secondary education in civil engineering construction management or a related field is strongly preferred.
8 years of progressive experience in construction project management with demonstrated success in leading high-rise residential or similarly complex projects.
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities including experience liaising with developers architects consultants and municipal authorities.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems construction processes codes and quality control practices.
Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore SharePoint or equivalent platforms.
Meticulous attention to detail in managing documentation contracts and change processes.

The Senior Estimator will be responsible for estimating project costs, analyzing drawings, conducting site visits, and collaborating with Pre Construction Manager and Operations to develop accurate estimates for construction projects Key Responsibilities 5+ years of estimating experience in civil construction, preferably in shoring, piling or deep foundations. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods for shoring support and foundations. Proficiency in estimating software (HCSS, B2W, or similar) and MS Excel. Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
