Job Description

On behalf of our client Partner Staffing is actively seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex high-rise residential construction projects.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time on budget and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee project execution from pre-construction through final turnover driving results through strong planning coordination and team leadership. Reporting to a Project Director you will be empowered with the authority and resources to successfully execute project objectives while managing risk building stakeholder trust and fostering a culture of excellence on-site.

We are seeking a leader who is not only operationally strong but also strategic someone who takes full ownership of their projects anticipates challenges and drives solutions that result in successful project delivery.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall project planning and execution from pre-construction to final handover ensuring alignment with scope schedule and financial targets.

  • Drive budget development and management in collaboration with pre-construction teams ensuring accurate forecasting and proactive cost control.

  • Represent the project in high-level meetings with owners consultants and architectural teams supporting contract negotiations and building strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Issue Letters of Intent to trade partners and oversee procurement strategy ensuring compliance with internal processes and alignment with project objectives.

  • Manage on-site construction activities ensuring adherence to timelines safety standards and quality expectations.

  • Coordinate and supervise project documentation including drawings RFIs change orders site instructions and consultant reviews ensuring accurate and timely tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Mentor and lead project team members fostering accountability continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Post-secondary education in civil engineering construction management or a related field is strongly preferred.

  • 8 years of progressive experience in construction project management with demonstrated success in leading high-rise residential or similarly complex projects.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities including experience liaising with developers architects consultants and municipal authorities.

  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems construction processes codes and quality control practices.

  • Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore SharePoint or equivalent platforms.

  • Meticulous attention to detail in managing documentation contracts and change processes.

The Senior Estimator will be responsible for estimating project costs, analyzing drawings, conducting site visits, and collaborating with Pre Construction Manager and Operations to develop accurate estimates for construction projects Key Responsibilities 5+ years of estimating experience in civil construction, preferably in shoring, piling or deep foundations. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods for shoring support and foundations. Proficiency in estimating software (HCSS, B2W, or similar) and MS Excel. Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
