Partner Staffing on behalf of our Client is seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale residential high-rise construction projects in the Calgary region.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead all field operations for high-rise residential construction projects ensuring safe efficient and high-quality execution.
Manage daily site activities including oversight of subcontractors trades safety officers and site staff.
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules in coordination with the project management team.
Conduct regular site meetings to monitor progress resolve issues and ensure alignment with project goals.
Enforce site safety programs and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Review and coordinate construction documents including drawings site instructions and specifications.
Work closely with consultants engineers inspectors and internal teams to proactively resolve design and field issues.
Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and other site personnel fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Experience
10 years of progressive construction experience with at least 5 years in a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent capacity.
Proven experience overseeing high-rise concrete residential projects from groundworks to completion.
Strong technical understanding of structural envelope and MEP systems in vertical construction.
Effective leadership skills with the ability to manage site logistics subcontractor performance and schedule integrity.
Deep understanding of construction safety practices and OH&S regulations.
Strong communication and organizational skills; able to lead meetings and maintain accurate site documentation.
Familiarity with project management and scheduling software such as Procore MS Project or similar.

The Senior Estimator will be responsible for estimating project costs, analyzing drawings, conducting site visits, and collaborating with Pre Construction Manager and Operations to develop accurate estimates for construction projects Key Responsibilities 5+ years of estimating experience in civil construction, preferably in shoring, piling or deep foundations. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods for shoring support and foundations. Proficiency in estimating software (HCSS, B2W, or similar) and MS Excel. Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
