Job Summary
We are seeking CASUAL Experienced Supervisors with availability to work Monday to Sunday days shifts afternoon shifts and weekend shifts.
The Job involves:
- Opening and closing the store
- Supervising employees including juniors
- Training and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding results
- Opening and/or closing store
- Training new employees
- Monitoring store performance and meeting KPIs
- Handling customer complaints and concerns
- Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use
- Cash handling and register operation
- Cleaning and maintaining the store
Qualifications :
The right candidate must have:
- Strong and demonstrated supervisor experience
- Leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding and ability to enforce food safety regulations
- Flexibility and able to adapt to change
- Attention to detail to ensure the store is clean and in good running order
- Training and development experience desirable
- Motivation to keep your team motivated and on task
- Ability to work as a team with a friendly attitude and a genuine passion for the fast food industry

- Food Safety Certificate - Im Alert Food Safety Course - FREE online
- Working rights - passport and visa grant for international workers
- RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
