Company Overview

We are a new and innovative CTV OS challenging the status quo by working with a market-leading OEM to provide content discovery for streaming platforms as well as integrating FAST channels alongside traditional broadcast TV channels. We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets.

Job Description:

Our Corporate IT team manages internal systems end-user devices and the technology needs of employees across the organization. As the on-site lead for your location you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for local IT operations and supporting global initiatives. This role requires proven experience in network engineering and infrastructure as well as working exposure to modern device management platforms such as Kandji/Jamf and Intune. Youll play a key part in delivering a secure seamless and productive IT environment for employees.

What youll be doing:

Act as the on-site SME and lead for IT infrastructure end-user support and workplace technologies.
Own the administration monitoring and troubleshooting of network infrastructure including firewalls VPNs routers switches and wireless access points.
Manage and support network functions such as VLANs routing protocols and SD-WAN to ensure site-level connectivity and performance.
Provide hands-on support for end-user devices (Windows and macOS) including configuration deployment and troubleshooting.
Support and maintain endpoint management tools such as Jamf and Intune for configuration enforcement and policy compliance.
Serve as the escalation point for IT issues at the site and coordinate with global teams for cross-regional IT efforts.
Assist with device lifecycle tasks such as onboarding offboarding asset tracking and hardware maintenance.
Contribute to global IT initiatives and standardization efforts across offices.
Monitor for security threats and assist with compliance efforts aligned with frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
Support IAM tools and processes including SSO MFA and mobile device management.

Come join us if you have:

4 years of experience in IT infrastructure network engineering or workplace support roles.
Proven hands-on experience with networking technologies (wired/wireless) VPNs and firewall administration.
Strong understanding of VLANs routing protocols and SD-WAN implementation.
Experience supporting Windows and macOS devices in enterprise settings.
Exposure to endpoint and mobile device management solutions (Jamf Intune or similar).
Familiarity with IAM tools and security practices including MFA SSO and MDM.
Working knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
CCNA or similar certification is a plus.
Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell Bash Python) is a plus.
