Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial technology sustainability and capital markets with proven experience driving B2B demand-generation marketing.

As a Marketing Specialist you will play a key role in planning developing and executing marketing programs that position our products in the market and deliver measurable business results. You will collaborate with business sales and product stakeholders to shape strategies that strengthen our market presence and support growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies campaigns and product promotions across digital and traditional channels.
• Create compelling marketing collateral including presentations sales enablement materials client communications website content whitepapers and thought-leadership material.
• Conceptualize design and implement marketing assets such as brochures and multimedia content.
• Manage and coordinate with external agencies to ensure high-quality on-time and budget-conscious deliverables.
• Support and promote participation in industry events conferences and seminars.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics/KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Manage and optimize the marketing funnel in collaboration with the sales team ensuring effective lead handover.
• Track and report marketing ROI including sales pipeline impact trade volume and business unit growth.
• Take ownership of challenging assignments and explore innovative opportunities to enhance marketing impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• 57 years of B2B marketing experience preferably within financial services ESG/sustainability or investment/trading.
• Demonstrated success in B2B demand generation with strong knowledge of marketing funnels and sales pipelines.
• Solid understanding of financial markets products and regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (funnel management reporting analytics).
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Ability to work independently meet deadlines and drive measurable results.
• Immediate availability to start.
