- Conceptualization and Ideation:
- Collaborate with senior creative staff and project teams to brainstorm ideas concepts and visual solutions for various projects and campaigns.
- Participate in creative briefings and discussions to understand project requirements target audience and messaging objectives.
- Design Development:
- Assist in the development of design concepts layouts and visual treatments for digital and print materials including but not limited to graphics illustrations logos branding elements and marketing collateral.
- Utilize graphic design software and other creative tools to create high-quality design assets that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Production and Execution:
- Translate design concepts into finished deliverables ensuring accuracy consistency and attention to detail throughout the production process.
- Prepare design files for print and digital distribution including formatting resizing and optimization for various platforms and channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including printers vendors and production teams to coordinate production schedules and ensure the timely delivery of design materials.
- Brand Alignment:
- Ensure that all design materials adhere to brand guidelines style standards and visual identity requirements.
- Maintain consistency in design elements color schemes typography and other brand attributes across all communications and collateral.
- Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing communications and product development to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
- Participate in creative reviews feedback sessions and revisions to refine design concepts and optimize visual impact.
- Research and Innovation:
- Stay informed about design trends industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
- Explore new tools techniques and approaches to design seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement in creative processes and outcomes.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Design Fine Arts or related field
Experience:
02 years of proven graphic designing experience
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Expert of Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to create Art work for Social Media Post & Print Media (broachers bill-boards & fliers etc)
- Video editing
- Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
