Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 1:00 PM 5:00 PM (Mountain Time US)
Total Weekly Hours: 20 Hours

Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional outbound cold calling campaigns to prospective hospitality clients.

  • Execute targeted email outreach to generate and nurture qualified leads.

  • Research and identify potential clients to expand the sales pipeline.

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for the business owner.

  • Manage ongoing email communications and follow-ups with prospects.

  • Provide administrative support including calendar management and database updates.

  • Collaborate with the founder to refine sales scripts messaging and outreach strategy.

  • Track analyze and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators.


Requirements
  • Proven sales experience (hospitality industry background strongly preferred).

  • Excellent verbal communication with a clear professional phone presence.

  • Hands-on experience with cold calling and outbound sales techniques.

  • Ability to work independently stay organized and consistently meet goals.

  • Familiarity with email management systems and CRM tools.

  • Enthusiasm for learning about innovative products and explaining them to prospects.

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.

  • Comfortable working in a performance-based goal-driven environment.
