About the job SAP TM Consultant - MC-IT Advisory (Makati) Hybrid

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

The SAP TM Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of Transportation Management (TM) module deliverables on SAP Distribution engagements including implementation upgrade and/or extension of existing applications.
The consultant assists clients in the selection implementation and support of SAP solutions which naturally include design configuration and testing.
Other activities could include configuration of the SAP TM module assessment of client business problems conducting the analysis to solve the problems administration of engagement activities (e.g. creation
Responsible for the successful delivery of the SAP TM module related deliverables in SAP and S4 HANA implementation support and upgrade projects to meet engagement objectives and budget

Requirement:

Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
Excellent verbal/written communication collaboration analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work
Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
Consistently engage with the clients interpret their requirements staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout
Excellent attention to details ability to multitask and effective time management skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset

Must-Have Certifications

SAP TM Certified

Experience & Background

B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA
2 to 4 years of SAP TM experience.
4 to 6 Years of Overall SAP Exp
