About the job SAP TM Assistant Manager - MC-IT Advisory (Makati) Hybrid

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

The SAP TM AM is responsible for successful delivery of Transportation Management (TM) module deliverables on SAP Distribution engagements including implementation upgrade and/or extension of existing applications.
The candidate must have 2 End to End TM Implementation Experience.
Assist clients in the selection implementation and support of SAP solutions which naturally include design configuration and testing.
Provide functional and business process expertise on a project team which generally consists of consultants subcontractors remote global resources and client employees.
Participates in pursuing client sales opportunities and working on bid & proposal efforts.

Requirement:

Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
Excellent verbal/written communication collaboration analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work
Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
Consistently engage with the clients interpret their requirements staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout

Must-Have Certifications:

SAP TM Certified

Experience & Background:

B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA
4 to 6 Years of SAP TM experience.
7 to 10 Years of Overall SAP Exp
