How youll make an impact
Were seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our Dinsdale & Leamington teams on a fixed-term contract until 27 November 2025.
In this role youll support our highly trained clinicians across a wide range of treatments ensuring each procedure runs smoothly and efficiently. Youll play an essential role in creating a calm welcoming atmosphere where patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Your day-to-day will include:
Preparing treatment rooms and assisting with dental procedures.
Maintaining strict infection control protocols and sterilising instruments to the highest standards.
Supporting your colleagues to ensure the smooth professional running of the practice.
Delivering outstanding patient care and service every day.

Hours & Location
- Monday Dinsdale 8:45am 6:30pm (9.25 hours)
- Tuesday Leamington 8:45am 5:30pm (8.25 hours)
- Wednesday Leamington 8:45am 5:30pm (8.25 hours)
- Thursday Dinsdale 8:45am 5:30pm (8.25 hours)
- Total: 34 hours per week
Qualifications :
Your experience and approach
Your biggest asset is a positive can-do attitude and a strong team spirit. To be successful in this role youll bring:
- Previous dental assisting experience (Certificate in Dental Assisting is an advantage but not essential).
- A positive friendly approach with excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer and administration abilities.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A collaborative professional approach with a strong work ethic.
