Job Summary
Were looking for a hands-on and reliable Gardener to join our Cambridge village where youll support the Gardener and Property Manager with the day-to-day maintenance of the village gardens lawns and outdoor addition to gardening duties youll be responsible for lawn careincluding mowing and general property maintenance tasks across the site.
As the village continues to grow youll support the property team as neededmaking this a diverse and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in creating well-maintained welcoming spaces within a close-knit community.
This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday.
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone with proven experience in gardening lawn care and general property maintenance. Youll need to be confident using a range of tools and equipment and comfortable handling tasks such as mowing pruning minor repairs and outdoor upkeep.
Youll be a team player who can also work independently managing your time effectively to ensure daily tasks are completed to a high standard. Being well-organised efficient and physically fit will help you thrive in this hands-on role and deliver great service to our residents.
A genuine passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces along with a warm respectful approach to people from all walks of life is essential.
