As one of our Christmas Team Members you will provide an unforgettable shopping experience to our customers assisting with their purchases and queries. We have two different role types available:

• Customer Service Rep  Assisting customers at the checkout managing refunds and supporting team members where needed.
• Sales Consultant  On the shop floor selling our products to customers.

Qualifications :

As a Customer Service Rep your responsibilities will include:

• Work on the checkouts assisting customers with their purchases
• Processing refunds and managing any queries
• Running exciting promotions to engage customers
• Assisting your fellow team members where needed

As a Sales Consultant your responsibilities will include:

• Selling our wide range of tech products
• Building relationships with our customers
• Keeping the store presentable

You will be someone who brings:

• A friendly approachable nature
• Display a positive can-do attitude
• Have the flexibility to work from September-November until Mid-January including weekends.
• Be reliable and able to work unsupervised
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to be on your feet for long periods of time
