How youll make an impact
- Design develop and maintain robust scalable APIs and integrations.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance within the engineering community.
- Contribute to developing standards and processes to elevate our digital capabilities.
- Participate in architecture discussions effectively presenting technical strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure reliable performance and scalability of mission-critical applications through proactive problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance automation CI/CD practices and cloud infrastructure.
What were looking for
- 5 years experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Java.
- Experience designing building and maintaining large-scale web applications.
- Solid experience with API gateways middleware integrations and related testing and support.
- Familiarity with technologies such as AWS Azure Kafka Mule or IBM WebSphere (advantageous).
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven track record delivering multiple successful projects.
- Agile mindset self-motivated adaptable and committed to excellence.
- Participation in an on-call roster as part of our commitment to reliability.
