As a Senior Technical Product Owner you will play a critical role in our project focused on ensuring the successful delivery of the project. You will work closely with clients and our development team to define and prioritize technical requirements while guiding the project through Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their requirements ensuring clear communication and alignment of technical goals.
- Define and maintain the product backlog prioritizing features and technical tasks to maximize value delivery.
- Translate client requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Lead sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives ensuring Agile best practices are followed.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of the software focusing on performance security and scalability.
- Act as a liaison between the client and the development team ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Drive continuous improvement within the project identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Proven 6 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner Product Manager or similar role in a software development environment.
- Expertise in JavaScript and/ and their frameworks is an advantage
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in managing client relationships and working directly with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure).
- Creates User Stories and Acceptance Criteria ensuring stories communicate customer/Stakeholder needs to the development team
- Understanding of web performance and security best practices within modern web applications.
- Proficiency in German will be considered an advantage
Additional Information :
Additional Requirements
- Experience with RESTful APIs microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and unit testing strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
