ASSET OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (FMD) I IGNITIS RENEWABLES

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the O&M & Asset Management Office of the Ignitis Renewables team where youll be helping us to take care of onsite operations and maintenance and ensure effective management of these areas. If that speaks to you wed be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Ensuring ongoing compliance with technical operational obligations (e.g. legal warranty business plan environmental H&S etc.) 
• Managing onsite operations and coordinating maintenance providers service records maintenance systems regulatory aspects 
• Visiting sites and interacting with technical advisors 
• Managing maintenance services contracts (e.g. control the balance of the contract service provider obligations quality of services) 
• Conducting commercial procurement for maintenance services 
• Preparing technical analysis on system performance and monthly operation reports (e.g. energy production malfunction and other operational aspects) 
• Searching delivering and implementing solutions to increase operational efficiency. 

Qualifications :

• University degree in engineering or 4th-year student with technical insight into renewable energy projects
• 2 years of experience in the operation and maintenanceincluding management service and repair activities and dispatch work
• Proactive result-oriented personality with excellent negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (oral and written)
• A valid electricity worker certificate or education that permits obtaining an AK category certificate is preferable 

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in PV wind BESS or hydro projects construction and/or maintenance
• Working at height and GWO training is a plus. If you dont have it we will provide the necessary training.
