Be a native English Speaker
Hold a passport from 7 English Speaking countries(USA UK CA IR AU NZ SA)
Hold a Bachelors degree from 7 English Speaking countries(USA UK CA IR AU NZ SA)
No Criminal history
Healthy(mentally physically)
In country teacher only
