- Conduct market trend analysis monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Provide support mentoring and motivation to ensure the team reaches peak sales performance.
- Create regular reports for the Sales team.
- Analyze opportunities for expanding sales coverage areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
- Set individual targets for each team under the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
- Achieve company-defined sales targets and ensure consistent sales growth in alignment with the national growth plan.
- Perform random check coverage area visits (field checks).
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of DSMs SPLs MROs and Promoters.
Qualifications :
- Candidate minimum graduated from diploma
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Have strong Leadership and able to manage Team and Area
- Have good Communication skill and Marketing skil with media social
- Familiar with MS Office and Excel
