- Run ARES machine for all required tests submitted to lab
- Collect ARES data and process into usable results for customer.
- Coordinate calibration and maintanece of ARES test machine
- Update and maintain ARES testing specifications and methods
- Solve problems with data analysis programs and update for new methods.
- Participation in the development of laboratory processes including method validation and the implementation of new testing procedures
- Perform testing in accordance with ISO ASTM DIN and other relevant standards.
- Communicate with developers and when necessary coordinate with suppliers.
- Perform statistical evaluations and identify trends. Provide recommendations for improvements or root cause analysis of issues.
- Managing the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Preparing and executing tests

- Support preparation for audits.
- Testing and Documentation
Qualifications :
- BSc or MSc degree in chemisty chemical or material engineering or other related technical university degree with relevant work experience (min 3 year).
- Min. 3 year of laboratory work experience
- Strong team player with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary R&D environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to root cause analysis and continuous improvement
