Job Summary

Run ARES machine for all required tests submitted to lab
Collect ARES data and process into usable results for customer.
Coordinate calibration and maintanece of ARES test machine
Update and maintain ARES testing specifications and methods
Solve problems with data analysis programs and update for new methods.
Participation in the development of laboratory processes including method validation and the implementation of new testing procedures
Perform testing in accordance with ISO ASTM DIN and other relevant standards.
Communicate with developers and when necessary coordinate with suppliers.
Perform statistical evaluations and identify trends. Provide recommendations for improvements or root cause analysis of issues.
Managing the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
Preparing and executing tests
Claim topics
Support preparation for audits.
Testing and Documentation

Qualifications :

BSc or MSc degree in chemisty chemical or material engineering or other related technical university degree with relevant work experience (min 3 year).
Min. 3 year of laboratory work experience
Strong team player with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary R&D environment
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
Problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to root cause analysis and continuous improvement
