A leading driving institute seeks a qualified and experienced Driving Practical Instructor to join its training team. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured and engaging practical driving lessons to learners of all levels.
- Assess learner progress identify areas for improvement and adapt lessons to individual needs.
- Teach safe driving techniques road rules and defensive driving practices.
- Conduct practice driving tests to prepare learners for their licensing examinations.
- Ensure training vehicles are always roadworthy clean and well-maintained.
- Maintain accurate learner records lesson schedules and progress reports.
- Create a professional and supportive learning environment that encourages success.
- Stay updated with changes in traffic regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
- Certification or accreditation as a Driving Instructor (where applicable).
- Previous experience as a driving instructor or professional driver is preferred.
- Strong communication interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Patient calm and adaptable to various learner needs.
- Highly organized with a strong focus on safety.
