This position relies heavily on interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to recruit best suitable candidates for the vacant role of entrée-level positions. Responsible for the administration of the recruitment procedure. Have in-depth knowledge of labor laws.
- Coordinate and manage recruitment projects
- Creatively leverage all potential channels to source top quality applicants
- Receive and manage job applications
- Organize interview and other selected recruitment tools
- Liaise with applicant and ensure a positive experience during selection process
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment including interview notes and related paperwork to share with key stakeholders
- Manage recruitment and selection service suppliers; ensure they deliver a consistent quality and cost-efficient service to the business
- Support TA team where needed to
- Promote best recruitment practice share ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value-added service
- Consult managers and employees in accordance with the companys policies and procedures related to Recruitment
Qualifications :
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment
- Incomplete higher education preferable business administration psychology or other related field
- Expertise in labor market recruitment channels and selection tools (interviews tests etc.)
- Personal competencies: self-driven excellent time management and prioritization and organization skills
- Experience with standard software applications including MS Office Windows etc.
- Professional Working Proficiency in English and Georgian written and verbal
- Ability to work in a team and grow in the role
